Yes. What matters is access to the project and the ability to run and review its code. We assess the actual implementation rather than the tool used.
Will you need to rebuild the entire site?
Not necessarily. We prefer focused repairs when they are practical. If a section needs rebuilding, we explain why and agree on that scope before proceeding.
